About the route
Lovely scenic ride through Windsor Great Park on quiet roads and cycle lanes into Windsor Town Centre. Tour of the town centre crossing over Eton Bridge and out through Eton Wick over the Common. Coffee stop at the delightful Dorney Court Garden Centre.Quiet loop of Dorney lake and then back along the river and through The Great Park to the start. Please remember to bring some money for the coffee shop, a spare inner tube and dress warmly in layers as the outlook looks chilly. The ride is classified as challenging as it a 20 mile route with some ups and downs and to keep warm we need to ride at a good pace of around 10 miles per hour.
