Winchester Winter Breeze to The Yard

Our ride starts at Riverpark and leaves Winchester via Easton, Avington and Ovington to Alresford. We will be heading to The Candovers for coffee at The Yard and returning through Northington and Itchen Abbas.
This ride is challenging so has plenty of hills, but don't let that put you off. We cycle at a pace that is comfortable for everyone on the ride, and take a breather when we need to.

You will need a roadworthy bike and helmet, and an extra layer of clothing to put on when we stop for coffee as we plan to sit outside.
Please bring the usual kit in case of puncture ( tyre levers, inner tubes and a pump)
You will also need to bring a mask for the coffee shop, along with a lock for your bike and cash / card for payment.
It is advisable to carry disposable gloves and hand sanitiser for your own protection on rides.

All rides will follow social distancing wherever possible.
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have been in close contact with someone Covid positive. Places are limited so remember to cancel your place if you are unable to attend, that way another rider can join us.
