Winchester Christmas BIG BREAKFAST

Get the kids up early (age 8+) tinsel up your bikes and join us for a festive ride out to Twyford, where those who want to will have a Christmas Breakfast ! We’ll journey through historic streets and beautiful countryside using quiet streets and cycle paths.  The route is around 8 miles and is mostly flat but has a couple of hills.  we will have a BIG BREAKFAST for those that can eat it, then ride back to Winchester to finish at the Winchester CHRISTMAS MARKET. Wearing a helmet is advisable but not essential; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then. Please note all children under the age of 16 MUST wear a helmet – this is only applicable to women and children rides. It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack.  Please bring some money to buy refreshments/breakfast. Dress appropriately for the weather: in cool weather it's good to wear lots of thin layers, so you can add/remove them as needed; a rain jacket is a good idea too!  We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind.
