This route has some inevitable hills, fantastic views, some exhilarating downhills and a picturesque coffee stop. We will travel at a leisurely pace, with plenty of stops to admire the views on our way, to coffee in the Silk Mill in Whitchurch. We will be starting our ride at the disused leisure centre and cycle towards Kings Worthy. The route will then be out towards Stoke Charity, along to Barton Stacey and Nuns Walk to our coffee stop. The return route will be towards Micheldever Station then along the Hunton Valley before returning along the Stoke Charity Road to Winchester.
The ride is not flat, but there will be plenty of stops. We will support each other and make sure everybody feels comfortable and never left behind. If you are someone wondering whether to venture out on a ride a bit longer than before then give this one a go.
Please check your bike is in good working order and conduct a pre-ride safety check on your bike
