Winchester Breeze Faster Group - Breeze through Winter 2 of 4

Winchester Breeze faster Group: Breeze through Winter 2 of 4. Ride four times during January and February to receive a gift, as long as you are registered on the Let’s Ride website.

This is a challenging ride for experienced cyclists, or those wishing to take the next step and extend their riding distance/pace, and is a great opportunity to have a go at something that might be a little faster or further than you may be used to.

The distance of these rides is between 20-40 miles, dependent on the weather conditions. We will be averaging around 13mph, so you need to be confident that you can maintain the pace over the distance and that you have a suitable road bicycle. There are undulations on this route but no major hills.

We will stop for a drink and cake either half way or towards the end of the ride, so bring something to eat and drink along the way if you need it. As always, don't forget to bring the following essentials: clothing appropriate for the weather; puncture repair kit; spare inner tube(s); pump or gas cartridge. Should the weather forecast appear to be of concern, I will cancel the ride, so do ensure you have provided a mobile number on your booking so that I can send a text, which may not be until the Friday evening prior to the ride – cancellation is a last resort!
