Starting from - The Old Bathing Hut Café, St Leonards. Pease remember your cycle helmet, spare inner tube, pump, water to drink on the ride and money for refreshments. Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start time so that we can do our safety checks and go through the route. It is important that you check that your bike is fully roadworthy, good brakes, gears that work and tyres that are pumped to the correct pressure – thanks, TN38 0AL

We start at The Old Bathing hut and use the cycle path to Bexhill and along to Cooden, then the Pevensey roundabout where we take the turn up to Wartling. When we get to the village we take a sharp right hand turn onto Horsewalk, at the end of this lane we do a quick left and right onto Kiln Lane, after about half a mile we'll turn onto Green Lane which will take us into Hooe Common where we can stop for some refreshments. Leaving the café we'll turn right and after about a mile we'll turn right and head for Lunsford Cross, and then onto Sidley and Glyne Gap. At this point we can cycle along the road (better surface and flatter) or pick up the cycle path back to St Leonards. Around 14 miles of this route are very flat, the rest is undulating but nothing too awful! It's also quite a scenic route through some of the lanes.
