We will start at wickes in Newport
Unit 2, Discovery Park, Barrack Hill, Newport NP20 5GN
We will join the canal up to Pontypool then turn off over a road to get back on the cycle path, which then takes us all the way up to bleanavon.
This will be a few hours out, so don't plan on doing anything else that day

This is hard ride, but a brilliant ride
Most will be along canal paths, and cross one busy road. Back on to cycle paths all the way to bleanavon
We will stop in bleanavon for a well deserved cuppa and a cheeky slice of cake. So please bring some money.
Helmets are a must on all my rides. No helmet no ride
