About the route
Starting at the Whitehouse, Maryhill Locks, along the canal towpath, all the way to Clydebank. This is a pleasant, flat, easy ride:- though not for complete beginners.
There is lots of wildlife to view on the way, inc swans and ducks.
At Clydebank, there are a variety of eating places, including the boat on the canal.
Also, there are benches to rest on, and enjoy the views.
