Whinlatter Whoosh for Beginners

This is the ride for you if you would like to give mountain biking a go or are new to mountain biking and would like to ride at one of the Lake District trail centres.  Ride in a women only group round the Blue Route at Whinlatter.  We will be riding at the pace of the slowest rider so we don't leave anyone behind. Mountain bikes are essential for this ride and so is a helmet.  You will also need to come dressed for the weather and a drink and a snack are also a good idea.  It would also be good to carry a spare inner tube, just in case you need it.  As the route can be wet and muddy, a spare change of clothing for after the ride is also advisable. Mountain biking is great fun and a good way to get fit so come along and give it a go.
