Whinlatter Whoosh at Night

This is the ride for you if you would like to give mountain biking  at night a go and would like to ride at one of the Lake District trail centres.  Ride in a women only group at Whinlatter on forest roads.  We will be riding at the pace of the slowest rider so we don't leave anyone behind.  It will be the ideal opportunity for you to increase your confidence on trails at night.  Mountain bikes are essential for this ride and so is a helmet and a good, bright light.  You will also need to come dressed for the weather and a drink and a snack are also a good idea.  It would also be good to carry a spare inner tube, just in case you need it.  As the route can be wet and muddy, a spare change of clothing for after the ride is also advisable.  Approx 5 miles. Mountain biking is great fun and a good way to get fit so come along and give it a go.
