South Yorkshire
S6 4TE

This is the perfect ride if you have never ridden with us before, if you've not ridden for a while or if you just fancy a nice easy spin around Damflask and Low Bradfield. The ride starts with a steady climb up Loxley Road, passes the Nag's Head and continues to the right of Damflask Reservoir up a hill and down the northern side to Low Bradfield where we will stop at the Flask End café for coffee, cake and a natter. If you want an even easier options you could start the ride opposite the Admiral Rodney on Loxley Road (we will meet you there at about 10:15am; please let us know if you plan to start there). There is also the option to miss out the hill at Damflask by turning left at the start of the reservoir. No-one ever gets left behind on a Wheel Do It! ride and no-one needs to worry about holding anyone up!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
We recommend that all participants wear a helmet. Please make sure you wear appropriate clothing for the weather.
As usual we do expect you to have ensured your bike is roadworthy and that you have carried out basic pre-ride checks; we recommend that you also carry at least one spare inner tube, a pump (CO2 inflators are also highly recommended). It is also a good idea to carry a spare chain link that matches your bike’s chain (e.g. 9, 10 or 11 speed). If you have a mechanical problem we will do our best to assist you and/or lend you an inner tube or repair kit if we can, but it is always best to be self-reliant. Don’t forget to bring money for refreshments and a mobile phone.
