Starting from - Meet at the Broadwalk Cafe on Broad Walk, Kensington Gardens, near Kensington Palace (should be open for refreshments before the start). There is a TFL/Santander bike hire station by Black Lion Gate, the nearest entrance to Kensington Gardens, if you need to hire a bike. Cost should be £8. W2 4RU

12 miles taking in some of the sights of Westminster (Kensington Gardens & Palace, Hyde Park, Wellington Arch, Buckingham Palace, Horseguards Parade, Embankment, South Bank, London Eye, Big Ben) on an evening ride on the new E-W Cycle Superhighway and Quietway 1. Help build confidence about cycling the streets of London, as well as see some of Westminster's iconic buildings.
