A40 down to Loudwater then the cycle path/route to High Wycombe and along quieter roads to West Wycombe, returning more directly along the A40.

From Loudwater using the cycle path/route to High Wycombe and along quieter roads parallel to the A40.

Mainly road with some cycle paths so Hybrid / gravel bikes recommended.

Stop at The Swan in West Wycombe 7pm. Grade II listed pub, which is Buckinghamshire's only entry in CAMRA's National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors. Built in the 18th century, a pub interior of exceptional national historic importance.

CASH only in the pub. You may want to bring a snack as no food there.

Fairly flat route, one hill back up from Loudwater to Beaconsfield. Should be back by 9pm at the very latest, bring lights please.
