The route includes some traffic free sections, but will predominantly be on local roads.
There is no coffee stop on this ride. We need to keep moving at reasonable pace to keep warm.
Please wear a helmet. Ensure your bike is in good working order, tyres are at correct pressure, and you have the means to mend a puncture.
