About the route
It will be flat, it might include The Wave, possibly Tredegar House, maybe even 14 Locks, and it's highly likely we'll find our way to The Seawall Tearooms, and who knows we may see the Wave. Suffice to say it will be flattish,may include a canal path or two and it will be a bit of a MYSTERY TOUR which will last as long as we have the energy
