Welsh valleys cycling

We are meeting at Merthyr leisure centre at 930am taking a slow and steady pace down the taff trail to abercanaid toward the giants bite, then to the navigation pub in abercynon ( we will find a place to have a cup of tea and cake if we can ), then we will be heading back the same way home back to the leisure centre where we will be able to have some refreshments at the leisure centre.
