About the route
Start from Bike hub, up to Tynemouth then along the coast via Blyth to Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. Stopping at the prom for refreshments either at the Marine Centre or at the chippy.
Returning the same route.
Please ensure you are wearing a helmet & have 2 spare inner tubes, plus you have a minimum of 700ml of fluid to drink. You must be able to maintain an average speed of 12mph during this ride.
