Week 6 - Amazon

Welcome to Week 6! After tackling the hills last week, we are changing the focus completely this session. We are heading over to the flat, smooth circuit around the Amazon fulfilment centre area for a dedicated skills and speed session.

Because the loop is entirely flat and mostly traffic-free, it gives us the perfect environment to practice riding in a group at pace. We will be doing group laps to build confidence with drafting, communication, and riding a fair bit faster than we normally do, all without having to worry about lots of traffic or sudden climbs. It’s an amazing, safe space to step up your speed, push your boundaries a bit, and see just what you're capable of!
