About the route
Rides around 15 - 20 miles starting from Gosforth Central Park. Routes are planned as circuits returning to Gosforth and examples are Ponteland via Weetslade and the coast via Rising Sun Country Park . Please note these rides are informal and with own bikes and please bring a spare inner tube/repair kit. . We will try to avoid very busy roads wherever possible but the routes will be part road and with extended off road cycle track sections.
