About the route
Rides around 20 miles starting from Gosforth Central Park. Routes are planned as circuits returning to Gosforth and examples are Ponteland via Weetslade and the coast via Rising Sun Country Park . Please note these rides are informal and with own bikes and please bring a spare inner tube/repair kit. . We will try to avoid very busy roads wherever possible but the routes will be part road and with extended off road cycle track sections.
