If arriving by car please use the larger car park to the left of the Elgar centre as the smaller one to the right can be locked without warning. NN5 4EN

A slow Traffic free cycle path trip from Upton country park to the white water centre billing rd where we can have an optional refreshment stop.
suit beginners and those of us who just want a bit of fresh air without breaking into a sweat !
Following along the cycle path near the river and returning via the canal towpath. Although the route is all cycle paths, some parts are not in good shape so delicate road/race bikes are not recommended.
we won't leave anyone behind.
Flat and slow 12 miles

As usual a helmet and puncture repair kit are recommended, not forgetting money for the cafe
