Starting point
Meet in the car park at the Stour Centre Ashford, at the bottom of the ramp to the Leisure Centre on the grass.
The majority of the route is on cycle paths, with a short section approximately .5 of a mile on a road. The route is flat apart from crossing a bridge both on the way there and back. The route provides a perfect opportunity to ride out especially for women who are either relatively new to cycling, just getting back on their bike after a period of not riding, or women wanting to ride socially with other like minded people.
