About the route
Join myself and new Champion Gail for a steady ride out towards Appleton Roebuck using the cycle path passing by the Racecourse and quiet country roads.
The ride will be approximately 12 - 15 miles riding at a speed of about 10mph.
This ride is suitable for those ladies who already ride short distances fairly regularly -eg commuting to work and would like to join a group for a social ride.
Come and join us as we celebrate 5 years of Breeze rides for women!
We ride as a group and no-one is left behind.
Don't forget to bring bike lights for the dusky evening as we head back to York.
