About the route
This ride takes us on some off road routes as well as some very quiet country roads. We take in the villages of Howden-Le-Wear, Witton-Le-Wear, a jaunt through Witton Castle, then up to Toft Hill for a well deserved cuppa and cake. (Don't forget your pennies). The scenery from here is beautiful. We then come back down though Witton Park and pick up our outbound route.
