Wear a Hat Day ……… Helmet

A loop of up to approximately 6 miles to celebrate Wear a Hat Day, mainly on quieter roads taking in undulating countryside as well as a few hills. Starting at Rossgate shops in Gadebridge, we will head out to Potten End, while we are there we will visit an excavated beach secluded in the woods
We will aim to cycle at the pace of 7-9mph, or at a pace best suited to the group. We will always wait and let all riders regroup if necessary, never leaving anyone behind.

Please remember to bring with you
- Helmet
-Spare inner tubes for your bike and appropriate tools, even if you don't know how to change an inner tube there are other people in the group to help.
-A water bottle with a drink in, cycling can be thirsty work.
- Appropriate clothing for the weather.
and of course money for your refreshments.

Although Covid restrictions have been lifted we are asking all riders to be respectful to other riders. Please do not attend if you have Covid symptoms
