Through the rolling scenic countryside, at a chatty pace, around 18-22kph average.

Building our fitness with progressively longer rides, out into the Essex lanes and surrounding areas.

Staying mostly on paved roads, with the occasional short cut over rougher surfaces for a few meters to test our skills.

Cake is everything! We always have a cafe stop around halfway

Please wear a helmet. Bring a tool kit, puncture repair kit and spare inner tube suitable for your bike and tyres. Also bring a payment method for the cafe stop
