We'll be trying something different for the 50 mile ride this month and incorporating some autumn hill training. We'll leave Nets at 10am and head towards Mold for 3 loops - Ewloe to Mold, Buckley and back to Ewloe. Please note! There will be around 2500 feet of climbing on this ride but that also means you'll be rewarded with the down hill sections also! Bring your best climbing legs and a smile! :-)
