About the route
This short 'Easy', slow paced virtually flat, family ride is organised to celebrate Abbots Applefest 2016.
Starting at 11:15am to coincide with the start of Applefest we will follow cycle paths and quiet roads to Leavesden Country Park before returning to enjoy all the food, fruits & fun of the day - apple bobbing, Petting Zoo, live music, Falconry Display and of course some cycling fun too - kids obstacle course and adult Watt Bike Challenge.
Watford Cycle Hub Mobile Mechanic will be there for Bike Health Checks and Bike Security Registrations.
If you want to get into the Applefest spirit - feel free to dress in red or green ..... or both!
