WATFORD CYCLE HUB: CAFE BEAN HERE - VIRTUALLY TRAFFIC FREE!

This is an opportunity to meander along the Ebury Way & Grand Union Canal to one of the best independent, quirky coffee houses in the area.

At just under 10 miles, this route is a good ride if you what to extend your distance, while staying on-the-flat. It's a virtually traffic-free route, so is family friendly and a good route for adults who simply prefer to cycle traffic-free.

We will be riding back via the same route to Watford Cycle Hub which means you'll get to perfect using the 'bike slide' on the stairs both up & down from the canal...! :)

Please wear clothing to suit the weather conditions and bring two spare inner tubes in case of a puncture - as changing an inner tube is faster than fixing a puncture. Watford Cycle Hub sell inner tubes from £4 new should you need to purchase one.

Please check your bike is in good working order before the ride - especially that your brakes are working & your tyres are pumped. You can also come along early before the ride to use our track pump, or we can help you get your tyres to the correct pressure pre-ride. :)

If your bike might need a little more TLC or hasn't been ridden for a while, you can always bring it in for a free assessment; we're a Not-For-Profit, Community Enterprise and promise to give you an honest price if your bike needs fixing, fine tuning or a full service. :)
