This route is perfect for adults who want some quiet road practice and children.
Please make sure your bike is in good working order before the ride, especially that the tyres are pumped up and your brakes work, and bring a spare inner tube as this makes it easier to fix a puncture if it happens. If you don't have a spare inner tube, Watford Cycle Hub sell them from £4 brand new.
