Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

A lovely circular route taking us through the Chalfont Lanes. We will meet in the car park of the newly named Waterside (was Whip & Collar) on the Uxbridge Road in Mill End. From here we will go to Maple Cross and cycle through to Chalfont St Giles. From Chalfont St Giles we shall go to Gold Hill and then through the backstreets of Gerrards Cross. From Gerrards Cross we shall return va Chalfont St Peter and along Rickmansworth Lane back to our starting point. If you have time it would be lovely to stay and have a drink at this newly renovated pub. If you want to come for the drink only please let Lesley know (07885 232 030) - we will be there from 8:15ish onwards. If you plan just to come for a drink please don't book a place on the ride - just let Lesley know. Ladies - before leaving home please ensure that your bike is in good working order. Check the brakes and please ensure your tyres are pumped up. As a rough guide road tyres should be around 100psi and hybrids around 70psi. Please come with a spare inner tube should you have the misfortune to suffer a puncture. It is so much quicker and easier to change a tube than to fix a puncture. DON'T FORGET LIGHTS! We should be back before it is dark but the light will be failing.
