About the route
A gentle, traffic free ride around watermead park. No hills, its all flat.
Starting at the car park in Birstall, we will head along the river Soar towards thurmaston before cycling around King Lear and John Merricks lake. we will then head back to Birstall where there will be an optional stop at the cafe for a hot drink and a slice of cake.
