Watermead Park Family Bike Ride

**** Please book directly with the Charnwood Borough Council by phone on 01509 63 4673 or by email at [email protected] **** A steady 8 mile led bike suitable for all ages around Watermead Park and along Route 1 to Cossington and back. The ride takes in the cycle routes around Watermead Park North, the new route to Cossington, and the Mammoth lake in Watermead Park south. There are two road crossings, and stretches along the resurfaced canal towpath, but the ride leaders will be on hand to assist the group. There is an option to take a mid ride break at the White Horse Inn at Birstall. Please bring your own bikes, helmets and drinks and snacks.
