About the route
From Walthamstow Town Square Bandstand.
Through Leyton Marshes, Olympic Park River Lea Navigation to Bow Roundabout then onto Greenway (via diversion) to Barking then along CS3 to Rainham and along to RSPB cafe via nature reserve.
Return using much the same route but in reverse.
