From Walthamstow Town Hall via quiet roads and off road routes to the Olympic Park at a gentle pace. We never leave anyone behind.
We will need to dismount a few times for narrow entrances, but there will be no need to open gates, etc.
Some paths are a bit stony, but no serious off road riding.
We will stop in quiet places for a chat, and we might stop at a kiosk for a coffee. Bring some water or a hot drink and some snacks .
Please bring a spare inner tube for your bike. Please check your tyres and bike before coming. I will have some tools with me, but I'd rather not need to use them!
Please arrive early for a quick bike check.
Please cancel if you feel unwell on the day.
