20 miles, suitable for any bike with commuter or trial tyres, mostly flat with gentle climbs on trails or quiet roads we join Hadrian's Way to Wallsend, Silverlink and Rising Sun Country Park for a halfway coffee break. continuing to Forest Hall, Cochrane Park and Heaton then back to The Cycle Hub
