Walkden to Worsley

Santa special, wear something festive and cycle in style! This is a leisurely cycle down the old railway line from Walkden to Monton Green, Salford using the Worsley disused train line. The ride is approximately 7 miles, 3.5 miles there and 3.5 miles back.  We can have a nice hot chocolate on our return to Walkden or we can try and find a health option in McDonalds! You will need a bike that is safe and in good working order, along with a puncture repair kit. Wear warm, waterproof clothes and a helmet is a really good idea.  Children under 18 must wear a helmet to take part in the ride.
