Wainhouse Tower Ride

Come and join us on this great ride around the Skircoat area that takes in so many sights and attractions in its 3 miles.  Starting from Ravenscliffe School in Skircoat Green we make our way to the moor for some fun cycling on the grass before making our way towards Wainhouse Tour and the views over the Calder Valley.  Making use of as main of the quiet residential streets as possible in the area this ride is ideal for anybody wanting to practice their road riding as well as having fun on the way.  A ride not to be missed! If you’re fairly confident on your bike and ready to broaden your cycling horizons, our Steady rides are ideal. At a comfortable pace, and possibly with some modest hills along the way, rides take place on mainly quiet roads with plenty of sights along the way. Rides are between 6 and 20 miles long, at a moderate pace of between 7 and 10 miles an hour.
