This ride starts at Farringdon station and finishes at Aldgate for metropolitan line. We are taking the 8.45 am metropolitan train from Pinner to go to Farringdon. It you are making your own way please meet at Farringdon station for ride start time of 9.30 am. Meeting outside the station on Cowcross Street.
This ride is suitable for confident riders due to the length of ride going through busy areas but mainly on cycle routes sight seeing on the way. This ride will have many stops to take in key sights in London.
We are passing St Paul's cathedral to see the reflective pool, then go towards Greenwich crossing on Southwark Bridge. Our return route is through Canary wharf where we will stop to see the guide dogs sculpture and other sights enroute before finishing off at Aldgate to take the met line back home.
You will need card to pay for your journey and cash/card for food. Be prepared either to walk 10 mins on foot tunnel or we take a short DLR train costing £1.80 crossing the river.
