Venture into Viridor Wood Breeze Challenge Training Ride

This ride starts at the car park at Pennington Hall from where we will pick up the canal towpath towards Wigan and then take a cycle trail to Three Sisters Recreation Area and Viridor Wood. The paths are fairly flat and the route is virtually traffic free and suitable for most bikes apart from those with stabilisers or trailers As this is a training ride for the Breeze Challenge Event we won't be stopping for a drink so please bring one along and a snack for an energy boost for the return journey. Wearing a helmet is advisable and if you have a spare inner tube please bring this although don't worry if you haven't got one. It would also be advisable to bring a waterproof jacket in case of adverse weather Although this is one of a series of training rides we really welcome newcomers to our rides and also anyone who isn't wanting to do the Challenge event.
