Venture into Viridor Wood

This ride starts at the car park adjacent to the lake taking in various tracks around Three Sisters Recreation Area and Viridor Wood and includes a refreshment stop at the Harrow Inn. The paths are fairly flat and the route is virtually traffic free and suitable for most bikes apart from those with stabilisers or trailers.  On the return journey we will deviate slightly from the outward route onto Edge Green Lane where although we may encounter some traffic this is a fairly quiet road up to the Harrow Inn where we can buy something to eat or drink, so please bring some money along.  Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then. Please note ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST WEAR A HELMET. If you have a spare inner tube please bring this along, although don't worry if you haven't got one.  It would also be advisable to bring a drink and a waterproof jacket in case of adverse weather. We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind.
