You don’t have to be the next Mark Cavendish, but you’ll need to know your way around a bike and be fairly fit to take part in a Ride Strong. If you’re comfortable riding with other people and fancy a fresh challenge, this ride is perfect for you. Join us for a journey back through history to when Rome touched this part of Wales and visit the Cadw Site at Caerwent. We will travel through the beautiful Gwent Levels, then onto the town of Caldicot. After a brief stop for a coffee in the village of Magor we will journey on back through the Levels to Newport.
