Memorial car park opposite tesco's . Ride briefing at approx 0820 -

25 mile route through Saham hills, shipdham, carbrooke , Watton , Merton and stopping at the chequers pub for coffee and cake . 17 miles out ward lap and a 8 mile return leg through griston, into Watton . Lovely social pace of 12-15 mph . No one left behind . Helmet and inner tube required
