At Lesley's request we are going to Velolife

It's a relatively flat circular route from Hartney Whitney following the lanes through Dipley, Bramshill and Swallowfield to Aborfield. We will join the main road for a few miles through Sindlesham and Winersh. Taking the lanes again around Twyford, going via Crazies Hill to arrive at Warren Row where we can enjoy a well earned break at the Velolife Cafe.

Our return route starts with a descent to the A4 and then following Bottle Lane we'll pass through Sherlock Row on our way back to Sindlesham where we will turn left towards Barkham, Finchampstead and Eversley Cross. We will rejoin our outward route at Bramshill returning to HW via Plough Lane and Dipley.

We will meet at the Phoenix Green traffic lights at 8.55am, with tyres pumped, gears and brakes checked and legs at the ready to set off promptly 9am. We are aiming to be back by 2.00. (3.45 hours cycling / 13.5-14mph average).
For those wishing to join en route please be ready to join us outside the Shoulder of Mutton at 9.15am

Please make sure you dress for the weather and carry a rain / wind jacket if rain is forecast. The wearing of a helmet is mandatory for this ride. Also, as we'll be riding for up to 2 hours before our cafe stop please bring enough food and drink to last you for the ride. Also, bring a spare inner tube and pump.
