We will head out of Undy towards Caldicot and then cycle up through the park towards Caerwent. From here we will head to Five Lanes and over Carrow hill to St. Brides. We then have about a mile along the main road before turning right and heading to the coffee shop.
After our rest stop, we will have a short but sharp climb towards LLandevaud followed by a nice downhill back to LLanmartin. Then it's through Bishton and out around the levels before returning to the car park in Undy.

A nice loop around the Magor and Caldicot area to check out the new coffee shop in Penhow. Going to be rather warm so early start and an undulating rather than hilly ride!

This is a route that uses mostly quiet lanes with a few short sections of cycle paths but also a couple of sections on busier roads so you need to be confident riding these too.

We will stop at the newly opened coffee shop in Penhow.

Please make sure you are wearing a helmet and carrying some basic equipment to cope with any punctures. Also make sure you have plenty of fluids on board.

We never leave anyone behind
