Under the river to Newburn

The Starting point of the ride is outside Monkseaton High NE25 9EQ at 10am
However we will pick up riders as follows 10.15am Billy Mill behind the My Shanghai, Coast Road and at 10.30am at the junction of Route 10 and the Coast Road and 10.45am at Pedestrian Tunnel

The route will see us travel along Route 10 to the Pedestrian Tunnel, following the river on the South side via Newcastle before crossing the Newburn Bridge and heading to the Park for a cuppa. We will return via Newcastle back to the Coast.

We may take photographs or videos of the ride and riders for publicity purposes. If you'd prefer not to be easily identified on images, let us know
The route will see us travel along Route 10 towards The Rising Sun Country Park before heading towards Wallsend and then along the Fish Quay where we will try out a few hills before returning along the Coast to the finish at Whitley Bay.

Heading from the North side of the river into the Pedestrian Tunnels and riding along the riverside route to Newburn bridge, affording fabulous views of the Tyne on route. We will stop at Newburn Park before returning to the Coast via Newcastle City Centre.

Cuppa at Newburn, they prefer cash but do take cards.

Helmets are advisable, bring a drink and ensure that your bike is in good working order
