About the route
Starting at the Cycle Hub on Newcastle Quayside taking in the iconic Angel of North then it's down to Roker Harbour on the C2C and back to the hub via the Tyne Ferry. This ride is mostly on cycle tracks with some roads using cycle lanes at the start. A bit of climb at the beginning but otherwise a flattish route with varied sights, sounds and smells. You'll need £1.50 to pay the ferryman and cash for the lunch stop lunch venue to be confirmed
