Please read all below. For the safety and enjoyment of all riders please check your bike is roadworthy, that you are capable of the route mileage. Please do not pass the leader unless you know the road ahead, watch you don't cross wheels or follow to close, please repeat any warnings given (bollards etc ) shout stopping if you have to stop suddenly. Bring: mask, disposable gloves and hand sanitizer, helmet, 2 tubes, waterproofs (even in good weather) and lights for your bike, also enough food and drink for hydration and energy. All tools you need so you are self-sufficient in repairing your bike, punctures etc. I can advise if you have a problem. All cyclists who attend any ride do so at their own risk. Cycling is not without risk and the fact you take part in a ride will be seen as an indication that all riders have accepted this risk.
