Tyne cycles loop - Women's social ride

Starting from Tyne Cycles in North Shields, we will follow the coast up past Tynemouth, Cullercoats and Whitley Bay, up to Seaton Sluice where we'll then carry on past Seaton Delaval Hall before returning via the Waggonways to Whitley Bay. This route can be extremely muddy depending on the weather conditions so not suitable for road bikes or those who don't like getting dirty! Please bring spare inner tube, puncture repair kit, warm layers and money in case we have time for a pub/cake stop. Oh, and remember your LIGHTS!!!! We'll go at the pace of the slowest and no one will be left behind - this is a very welcoming social ride for women and all we ask is that you're capable of doing the distance - no need for speed!
