Scenic and fairly flat, there and back route on quiet, mainly single track roads suitable for any kind of bike. Wear a helmet, appropriate clothing for the weather (preferably hi-viz, layers, gloves and balaclava/buff to keep the windchill off the face) and bring 20p coins for the public toilet! The forecast is for possible showers and the wind will be coming from the east, so we should find the return journey easier than the outward one. Feel free to decorate yourself and/or your bike (but not your helmet) We are hoping to incorporate a stop for refreshments at the North Kessock Ticket Office community market http://www.nktop.org/index.asp. They may be short staffed with only hot drinks available, therefore it is advisable to bring your own snacks/drink. Panniers or a rucksack will be handy for any market purchases as well as a means of payment.
